Caffeine content and who should not use these products

PUSH contains 100 mg of caffeine per pouch. HOLD contains 50 mg per pouch. FLOW is caffeine-free. Use one pouch at a time, and count your total daily caffeine from all sources, not only from pouches.

These products are not for anyone under 18 years of age, or for anyone who is pregnant or nursing. If you are sensitive to caffeine, speak to a healthcare professional first. Do not swallow the pouch. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergens and ingredients

FLOW contains mushroom-derived ingredients, including Lion's Mane and Cordyceps. Check the full ingredient list on the tin before use if you have any allergy or sensitivity.

Formulations and ingredient sourcing can change. The label on the product you receive is always the authoritative statement of what is in it, and it takes precedence over anything on this website.

ARCVEX products are manufactured in China. ARCVEX is a United States brand; our products are not manufactured in the United States.
