The questions people actually ask before their first tin.

What is a pouch, exactly?

A small soft pouch you tuck between your upper lip and gum. The ingredients absorb through the lining of your mouth, so there's no water, no mixing and no waiting on digestion. Leave it in for up to 30 minutes, then take it out and throw it away.

Is there nicotine or tobacco in it?

No. None. Not a trace, not a "nicotine-free" version of a nicotine product. ARCVEX has never contained nicotine or tobacco in any line.

The format looks familiar because the format works — that's the only thing we borrowed.

Which one should I start with?

PUSH if you're replacing a pre-workout or a second coffee. HOLD if you want a lighter lift and something for the stretch between meals. FLOW if it's late, you've already had caffeine, and you still need to concentrate.

How much caffeine is 100 mg, really?

Roughly one strong cup of brewed coffee. HOLD's 50 mg is about half that. FLOW has none at all.

For context, the FDA has said that for healthy adults, up to about 400 mg of caffeine a day isn't generally associated with negative effects — that's your total for the day from every source, coffee and tea included, not a target to hit.

How many can I use in a day?

One at a time. Beyond that, count your total caffeine for the day across everything you drink, not just what you pouch. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with HOLD or FLOW.

Can I swallow it?

Never swallow the pouch itself. Use it for up to 30 minutes, then remove and discard it. Keep tins out of reach of children.

Can I use FLOW in the evening?

That's what it's for. FLOW is caffeine-free, so it won't be the reason you're awake at 2am. Game till 3, sleep at 3:30.

Is there sugar in it?

No sugar in any line.

What do I actually get when I order?

Every order is 3 tins — 54 pouches, 18 per tin. A single-line order gives you three tins of that line; the 3-in-1 Stack gives you one tin each of PUSH, FLOW and HOLD.

How long does delivery take?

We prepare your order in 1–2 business days, and transit plus customs clearance takes 7–10 business days after that — roughly 8–12 business days in total. Full detail on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Where do you ship from? Will I be charged customs?

ARCVEX is made and dispatched from our facility in China, so your order enters the US as an import. We pay the duty. The price at checkout is the price you pay — no bill from the carrier at your door, no separate customs charge.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not right now. US only while we get the first batch out the door.

Can I return it?

Unopened tins can be returned within 30 days of delivery — email us first and we'll confirm the return and send you the address. Return shipping is at your cost. Opened tins can't be returned, for food safety reasons.

If your order turns up damaged, wrong or incomplete, that's on us: send a photo and we'll replace or refund it, and you don't need to send anything back. Full terms in our Refund policy, linked in the footer.

Who shouldn't use these?

Anyone under 18, and anyone who is pregnant or nursing. If you're taking medication, managing a health condition with a professional, or you know you're sensitive to caffeine, talk to them before you start. FLOW contains mushroom-derived ingredients, so check it against any allergies.
