Why a pouch

Every other format in this category asks something of you first. A scoop. A shaker. Water. Forty-five minutes of digestion. A pouch asks for nothing — it goes between your upper lip and gum and gets on with it, in a meeting, mid-set, on a plane, without a single dish to wash.

That's the whole design brief. Not a new molecule. A better delivery for things that already work.

What we left out

No nicotine. No tobacco. No sugar. No proprietary blends, which is the industry's polite way of not telling you the dose.

We threw out the scoop, the shaker, the sugar and the shouting. What's left actually does something.

Doses you can read

The number on the tin is the number in the pouch. PUSH is 100 mg of caffeine. HOLD is 50 mg. FLOW is caffeine-free and always has been. If a line does something, we say what does it and how much of it is in there.

Low dose is a decision, not a shortfall. HOLD is 50 mg because 50 mg is what that job needs — not because 200 mg was too expensive.

Three lines, three jobs

PUSH — 100 mg caffeine with L-theanine, Alpha-GPC and taurine. For training, deep work, and days that don't negotiate.

FLOW — caffeine-free, with Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, saffron and L-theanine. For the hours after coffee, and the minds that never got the memo about switching off.

HOLD — 50 mg caffeine with saffron, GABA, magnesium, chromium and Ceylon cinnamon. For long afternoons and the evenings when the kitchen starts talking.

What this isn't

It isn't a miracle, a proprietary blend, or 42 grams of something you can't pronounce. It's the dose it takes to be a sharper version of yourself on an ordinary Tuesday.

Performance shouldn't be a lifestyle. It should be a Tuesday.
